Hello Community Covenant Church of Goleta!

Welcome to another wonderful week at Community Covenant Church - and another special Sunday to be together for worship and communion!

You still have time to read 1 Thessalonians before Sunday. Again, in order to feel its full impact, we encourage you to read it in one sitting. If you do, you will get an inkling of the power that arrived there in the middle of the 1st century, transforming it into a model church.

There's so much happening here at Community Covenant - and we're excited to see how God continues to move among us. Check out the updates below to stay connected and see how you can get involved.

Explore the Christian Heritage of England and Scotland!

Did you know that much of American Christianity was shaped by historic events in England and Scotland? This fall, Pastor Eric will be hosting a Christian heritage tour of key sites in both countries-and you're invited!

With 2026 marking the 500th anniversary of William Tyndale's English translation of the New Testament, this is a particularly meaningful time to go.

To learn more, Pastor Eric will briefly introduce the tour right after church on January 18. This is an information-only meeting, with no commitment required.
