Welcome to another wonderful week worshiping God! Join us on Sunday as we look at all the different ways we serve our Most Merciful God.
We often measure significance by what is visible, celebrated, or immediately successful. But God often does His deepest work through ordinary acts of faithfulness that few people notice. This Sunday, we'll explore Colossians 3:12-17 and discover how the compassion we show, the commitments we keep, the grace we extend, and the everyday work we offer to Jesus can become part of something much greater than we realize.

August is when we give our wonderful Hospitality Team a little break so there won't be the same wonderful spread on the tables. But the coffee and a small assortment of treats will be there to encourage you to stick around and meet new people!

Women's Bible Study | September 28
Women's Bible study is starting up a 7 week study of "Daring Joy" by Nicole Zasowski. This study will offer through-provoking questions and exercises to help you engage with 6 women in the Bible and apply their enduring joy to your life. ?
Joy can feel risky. When you've experienced pain of any kind, it can feel easier not to dream than to be disappointed, or not to hope than to be left heartbroken. If you ever feel like it's safer not to embrace joy at all than to hold something that might break, you're not alone. Thankfully, the Bible paints a different picture-one that gives you the courage to hold on to joy regardless of your circumstances.
This study has a short video (each less than 20 minutes), where Nicole will share some insights with us. We will also spend some time in small groups together, in discussion and prayer.
We will be selling books at the church starting on September 20. Scholarships are available. Books are $17 (Cash, check or Venmo)

Our Kids Ministry is more than childcare-it's an opportunity to help children know they are loved by God, grow in their faith, and discover what it means to follow Jesus.
Some of our faithful teachers are navigating circumstances that will keep them from serving for a season, and we need others to step in and help fill the gaps. If you have a heart for children and can serve one Sunday a month-or even just one Sunday-we would love to have you join us.
Come help us invest in the next generation. You will be blessed by the experience-and we have GREAT kids!

Thanks to several generous donations, we have a selection of books on tables in the Fireside Room that you are free to take. Just ask at the Welcome Desk on Sunday and we will be glad to show you the Library!
